No céu mesmo em frente a si estava um objecto metálico brilhante, como o reflexo do sol sobre metal, porque brilhava sobre o efeito dos raios do sol, dum lado, do outro fazia sombra. Voava muito devagar de Oeste para Este. À distância, vi-o parecendo ter talvez com 1 cm./ 1,5cm, mas ia muito alto."
